Oil Recovery
Mineral oil & oil emulsion are refined using oil-water separation methods such as gravity separation, coalescence separation, emulsion splitting, ultra filtration, air flotation. The result of the separation produces oil which are then reused as fuel supplements. After the oil-water separation process, some waste oil will still be present. The waste oil will then be refined using distillation or acid/clay to produce oil that can be reused for general purposes such as timber preservatives and low-grade grease or lubricant.
Solid Waste Recovery
Electroplating wastes go through metal precipitation and ion exchange to recover metal elements like chromium, copper, aluminium, zinc, cadmium and nickel. Photo finishing wastes, spent catalysts & electronic wastes go through a process called electronic metal recovery to extract silver, nickel, chromium, platinum, palladium, copper and other precious metals. Finally, a process called re-melting is used to recover solder from solder dross.

Emergency Response Support
We provide comprehensive support to customers in case of major spills or accident releases. Our team is run by trained personnel, equipped with professional spillage response kits including, but not limited to absorbent booms, absorbent pads, spillage recovery equipment, universal absorbent powder and granules, as well as oil dispersants.

Tank Cleaning & Oil Interceptors
We offer professional cleaning services for oil storage tanks of various capacities and sizes. Our team is well-trained and equipped to handle diverse tanks using appropriate equipment and chemicals. Tank cleaning can be scheduled regularly or requested, and detailed supporting documents are provided post-job completion.
*All scheduled wastes collected will be processed in accordance to the regulations prescribed by the Department of Environment (DOE). The waste eliminated from the processes will be sent to Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd, for disposal, in compliance with government and environmental regulations.
